Wonderful stop motion animation here, though the horse moves around with low, stiff legs in a circle at the start. The bee's movements are pretty elaborate (note the watercolour backdrop as it flies to and fro).
The film ends a little abruptly. I thought "That's it?" When it was over.
The Sunn series is definitely worth watching.

In this early claymation short, a cute horse gets harrassed by a bee when he crosses a creek to what he thinks is a greener pasture. The horse's frantic attempts to get rid of the bee are very charmingly animated. A cute, mildly funny cartoon.

Interestingly animated piexe which details a typical day of a horse. While some could compare this to Pokey of Gumby fame, I like to think of it of more of the animation of the Nick Park calibre, as Mr. Wolfe clearly utilizes facial expressions in his figurines to help move the story along. Although the story is very very simple, this is a great milestone of how animation stretches back. Reccomended!

Definitely the predecessor to horse Pokey from the "Gumby" shows. Amazing animation and detail from so early in animation. Basic story of a horse who decides to graze elsewhere while a bee decides to sting him. The bee's flying animation is great.
